Javiera Letelier is an archaeologist and professor of the Archaeology Unit of the Austral University of Chile and an affiliated researcher at the Centro de Investigación en Ecosistemas de la Patagonia (CIEP). Her research focuses on ethnohistory and pre-Hispanic and historical archaeology in Patagonia and central and northern Chile. She is also interested in contemporary archaeology.
